Charly
The former carpentry workshop of my father Karl has been turned into a cosy holiday apartment with great attention to detail. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers around 80 m² of space for a relaxing holiday. From 1 July 2027 we rent the apartment as follows: 2–4 guests: rental of the Charly apartment (without the additional “Manni” section). One bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest and one bathroom are available. From 5 guests or on request, the “Manni” section is opened up and rented out as well. This provides further beds, more living space and extra comfort. In total the accommodation then offers space for up to 7 guests.

Bed linen & towels + spacious bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, bidet, and toilet + wardrobe / spacious garden + Wi-Fi. Garage / parking, small interesting library, games corner with board games, barbecue area by the house, ski depot / bike depot, kitchen with dishes and dish towels, bathrooms with towel, bidet towel + shower towel, free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol and free entry to numerous museums (Guest Card).

The former 'Drhoam' of my mother, now her newly redesigned vacation home on the first floor, 65 m² for 2 to 4 people: kitchen, two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, as well as an outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and balcony. The traditional living room creates a special atmosphere in the second bedroom.

My heart's centerpiece, where the craftsmanship of the parents' hands is still palpable, now their typical local traditional vacation home in the attic, 50 m². For 2 to 5 people: kitchen with open living area, 2 separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and balcony. Romantic sunsets can be best enjoyed on the sheltered balcony.
