NATURE – HOMELAND – CULTURE – ACTIVITY

SARNER HOSPITALITY

Arrive, settle in and let go. A stay at Schartenblick is rustic, varied and easy to fall in love with.

The perfect holiday inspiration for young and old.

Welcome to Schartenblick in Reinswald, in the Sarntal valley. The Thaler family warmly welcomes you here. The house holds three holiday apartments: Charly, Anna and Carina. Each apartment has its own floor and its own character. All of them sit right in the green, close to the ski area and the hiking trails of Reinswald. That is how Schartenblick brings together nature, home, culture and activity in one place.

Nature

Schartenblick sits at 1,500 metres, right in the Sarntal Alps. Forests, alpine meadows and mountain lakes begin at our doorstep. Here you can breathe real mountain air.

Home

Our three apartments were once our parents' home. We renovated them with a lot of love for you. A piece of real Sarntal home has stayed alive here.

Culture

Reinswald is a traditional mountain farming village in the heart of South Tyrol. Old customs, traditional dress and festivals still shape village life today. Our parish church in the centre tells the same story.

Activity

Summer and winter each bring their own adventures here. You can hike, cycle, ski or go tobogganing, just as you like. It all starts right at our doorstep.

Karin Thaler, your host at Schartenblick
With great joy and humility for what my parents have achieved, we have created a small holiday paradise for you in the heart of the mountain farming village of Reinswald. One private apartment per floor, with everything you need. Not everything is new, but it is full of love and dedication – a piece of home for you. Time to enjoy, relax, and recharge.

Floor plan of the Charly apartment

Charly

The former carpentry workshop of my father Karl, now your newly furnished holiday home on the ground floor, 80 m². Up to 7 guests fit here, with a garden and a cosy wood stove.

Floor plan of the Anna apartment

Anna

The former home of my mother, now your newly redesigned holiday home on the first floor, 65 m². Up to 4 guests stay here, with a balcony, terrace and their own garden.

Floor plan of the Carina apartment

Carina

My heart’s treasure, where the craftsmanship of my parents can still be felt, now your traditional local holiday home in the attic, 50 m². Up to 5 guests can enjoy the balcony here, with a view of the mountains.

Every apartment has its own kitchen, WiFi and comfortable beds. Outside, a garden, terrace or balcony is waiting for you. A garage is ready for your car, and a separate depot for your ski or hiking gear. Children love the small games corner in the house. With the guest card you also travel free by bus and train across South Tyrol. That makes Schartenblick your practical holiday home in Reinswald.

Schartenblick sits in one of the most beautiful corners of South Tyrol. In summer, countless hiking trails invite you around Reinswald. Mountain bikers also find suitable trails here. In winter you start right at the door into the Reinswald ski area, with about 22 km of slopes. Cross-country trails and one of South Tyrol's finest toboggan runs are nearby too. That turns every stay at Schartenblick into an active holiday, in every season.

Sarntal

The gem in the heart of South Tyrol, where holidays can still be discovered

We love the Sarntal valley for its raw, natural power. You find quiet in the still mountains and on the alpine meadows. The mountain lakes bring welcome refreshment. From the summit you look far across the Sarntal Alps. Easy hiking trails lead through fragrant pine woods. The alpine huts serve traditional South Tyrolean food. At sunrise and sunset it gets especially romantic here. Anyone who wants to can briefly step out of their comfort zone and find their way back to relaxation all the more easily. For more tips on the whole valley, visit the Sarntal Tourist Board.

Check-in is from 2 p.m., check-out until 10 a.m. Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel without an extra fee. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our house. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace. You'll find all the details on prices and booking on our info page.

Whether it's a family holiday, time away as a couple, or days with friends: at Schartenblick in Reinswald, every generation finds its place. Send us a non-binding enquiry for your preferred apartment and we'll get back to you personally.
